Newton Chandler

  Newton Edward Chandler, 56, of Center, Tex., died Saturday,
March 15, in a San Augustine hospital, after a short illness.

  Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Monday, in the Mangum Funeral
Home chapel, with the Rev. C. T. Owens officiating. Burial was in
the Caledonia Cemetery.

  Survivors include a daughter, Miss Mary Ann Chandler of Pleasant
Hill.
