James B. Cannon

  James B. Cannon, 54, of Many, died Wednesday, May 9, in Kenner.

  Funeral services were held Friday, May 11, in the
Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home at 5:30 p.m., with the Rev. Loyed
Owens officiating. Burial followed in the Liberty Cemetery.

  Mr. Cannon has been the manager of the Starlight Restaurant for
the past four years.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. James Cannon of Many, four
sons, Donald Cannon of Dallas, Tex., Jimmy Cannon of Hornbeck,
Ricky Cannon, and James B. Cannon Jr., both of Coushatta; one
daughter, Jane Perry of Shreveport; three sisters, Dorothy of
Seattle, Washington, Bonnie of Shreveport, and Helen of
Lafayette; and several nieces and nephews.
