Mrs. Grace Ross Cummings

  Mrs. Grace Ross Cummings, 53, died in the Schumpert Hospital in
Shreveport, Wednesday, at 12:55 a.m., after a lengthy illness.

  Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m., in the First
Baptist Church of Pleasant Hill, with the Rev. Perry Lassiter
officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Cummings is survived by her husband, Wiley M. Cummings of
Many; one son, Wiley M. Cummings Jr. of Vidor, Tex.; two daughters,
Mrs. Lloyd Savell of Negreet, and Miss Sandra Cummings of Many; her
mother, Mrs. A. D. Ross, Pleasant Hill; four sisters, Mrs. D. V.
Walker of Bossier City, Mrs. Maurice Nickels, Shreveport, Mrs. Leo
Haire, and Mrs. Glynn Cottrell of Texas City, Tex.; one brother,
Andy D. Ross of Kenai, Alaska, and two granddaughters, Sandy and
Carolyn Ann Savell.
