Ray Crooks

  Funeral services for Ray Crooks, 64, of Zwolle, were held
Wednesday, July 3, 1996, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, at 10
a.m., with Father David Richter officiating. Interment was at St.
Joseph's Cemetery, at 10:45.

  Mr. Crooks passed away Sunday, June 30, in Zwolle.

  He is survived by three daughters, Sherry Brown, Teresa Guthrie,
both of Marrero, and Penny Crooks of Gretna; three sons, Anthony
Crooks, David Crooks, both of Gretna, and Michael Crooks of
Breaux Bridge; four sisters, Cleo Ezernack, Ella Garcie, Joyce
Ann Dew, all of Zwolle, and Linda Lewis of Shreveport; four
brothers, Charles Crooks of Houston, Louis Crooks of Zwolle,
Joseph Crooks of Shreveport, and Robert Crooks of Crosby; 11
grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
