Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, with interment following at Noble Cemetery. The Rev. William Hasson, the Rev. Bob Hannigan, and the Rev. W. A. Campbell officiated. Mr. Craig was a retired oil field driller, and a school bus driver. He was a member of the Midway Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. Survivors include three sons, Johnnie Craig and wife Oneta of Converse, Joe Craig and wife Helen Dale of Mansfield, and Tim Craig of Converse; one daughter, Linda Jagneaux and husband James of Converse; five sisters, Elizabeth Young of Pasadena, Texas, Sylvia Johnson, Grace Webster, Louvie Richardson, all of Converse, and Louise Moody of Pasadena, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Mr. Craig was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Craig; one brother, L. C. Craig Sr.; and one sister, Gladys Hinkie. Pallbearers were his grandsons, Kerwin Craig, Jeff Jagneaux, Rod Craig, Kirk Jagneaux, Kenneth Craig, Clint Craig, and Brad Craig. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield, La.
