Cordova, 37, were held Feb. 4, at 9 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with interment in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Zwolle. The Rev. Msgr. Robert C. Friend conducted the service. Death came to Cordova, Jan. 23, in South Viet Nam, while he and two of his friends were on a small fishing trip. There was full military rites at the grave side. Pallbearers were of military status. The survivors are as follows: his wife, Mrs. Barbara Cordova of Ft. Meade, Maryland; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Cordova of Zwolle; three brothers, Gilbert Cordova of Orange, Texas, Sgt. Joseph R. Cordova of Abilene, Texas, Huey P. Cordova of Freeport, Texas; six sisters, ?, Mrs. Ruby Deering of Nederland, Texas, Mrs. Lana Mae Martinez of Orange, Texas, Mrs. Murry Bebee of Haughton, Mrs. Glen Brown of Shreveport, and Mrs. R. W. Parris of Clute, Texas.
