Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, May 9, at the Zion Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Versie Miller and the Rev. Lynn Hawkins officiating. Interment was in the Zion Hill Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include five sons, Riely and Norman Curtis of Many, Lynne Curtis of Florien, Alvin Curtis of Negreet and John Curtis of Orange, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. H. B. Barnes of McRae, Georgia and Mrs. Maston Wright of Many; two sisters, Mrs. Reba Gandy of Many and Mrs. Annie Cade of Bossier City; 18 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Pallbearers were her grandsons. They were Eugene Wright, Harlon Wright, Douglas Curtis, John Curtis, John Hoyt Curtis and William Hoyt Curtis.
