  Ruth G. Crittenden - January 21, 1988

  Services for Mrs. Ruth G. Crittenden, 82, of Many were held at 2
p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19 in Warren Meadows Funeral Home with
Chaplain Drew from Fort Polk officiating. Burial was in Florien
Cemetery.

  Mrs. Crittenden died Jan. 15, 1988 in Midway Manor Nursing Home
in Shreveport following a lengthy illness. She was a mother and
homemaker.

  Survivors include two daughters, Wynona (Mrs. R. H.) Kaufman of
El Dorado, Ark., LTC Francis L. Crittenden of San Antonio, Texas;
two sons, William Sherwood Crittenden of Chickasha, Okla., Elmer
Dale Crittenden of Concord, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Dovie
Terrell of Smackover, Ark.; four grandchildren; and five great
grandchildren.

  And to include her extended family, Mrs. Fannie Heard, Janice,
Loraine and Marion Heard, Mildred Dolyser, Bill, Liz and Derise,
Clinton Branam, and LeAnn Swieczkowski, Sylvia Knight, Marykirk
Lee Levine, Mike Nichols, Sandy Starkey and Barbara Hume and
family.
