Interment was at Pine Knott Cemetery, under the direction of Les Fontaine Funeral Home. Mr. Crittenden passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, at his residence. He was born to Odis and Christine Crittenden on Jan. 25, 1939. He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Horn Crittenden. He is survived by his wife, Jane Love Crittenden of Florien; five sons, Jimmy Dean Crittenden of Newton, Tex., Christopher Clay Crittenden of Many, Damon Mark Crittenden of Florien, James Bart Crittenden, also of Florien, and Jeffery Brian Crittenden of Many; one daughter, Kelly Jene Barnhill of Many; his father, Odis Richard Crittenden of Florien; four sisters, Argeline Smith of Natchitoches, Imogene Maddox of Shreveport, Janice Cobb of Benton, Judy Knippers of Many; fourteen grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Pallbearers were Robert Lee Anthony, Keith Brown, Travis Cobb, Wade Cobb, Jimmy Hickman, Larry Horn, Ernest Ray Mitchell, and Richard Slaughter. Honorary pallbearers were Clarence Behan, Lamoine Blackwell, Daniel Brown, Robert Earl Collier, Keith Slaughter, Jody Squllini, John Tedder Jr., and Dewey Temple.
