Mrs. Nettie Carter

  Mrs. Nettie Carter, 67, of Florien, died Friday, March 16, at
Shreveport, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints of Many, Sunday, March 18, at 3 p.m., with
Bishop Glen Hardy officiating. Interment was in the New Hope
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are her son, Everest Carter, Jr. of Florien; two
brothers, Albert, and Floyd Hardy, both of Many; four sisters,
Mrs. Beulah Hayes, and Mrs. Lela Hayes, both of Robeline, Mrs.
Jewel French of Robeline, and Mrs. Arlene Primm of Many, and four
grandchildren.
