Mr. Doyle Dawson Carter

  Mr. Doyle Dawson Carter, 83, passed away at Sabine Medical
Center, Oct. 24, at 4:45 p.m. He is survived by his wife, Gladys
B. Carter of Many; two daughters, Lanell Beasley, Rosalind
Wright, both of Many; two sisters, Rachel Rhodes of Many, Ruth
Gunn of Orange, Tex.; seven grandchildren; eight great
grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel in
Many, Oct. 26, at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Kenneth Leach, and the
Rev. Doyle Enloe officiating. Burial was at Zion Hill Cemetery.
