The Sabine Index - Rev. O. M. Corley

  13 Jul 1972 - Funeral services for Rev. O. M. Corley, 85, of Ft.
Worth, Texas were held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Hixon Bros.
in Alexandria.  Dr. R Houston Smith and Dr. Troy V. Wheeler
officiated.  Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

  Corley, a native of Florien died in a Ft. Worth hospital, Saturday
morning.  He was a former pastor of Colfax Baptist Church and at the
time of his retirement was pastor of Urania Baptist Church.  He had
been living in Fort Worth since his retirement.

  Survivors are his wife Mrs. Pearl Smith Corley of Ft. Worth; two
brothers, Bernice Corley of Natchitoches and Rufus Corley of Florien;
and two sisters, Mrs. C. A. Jones of Patterson and Mrs. Othal
Patterson of Florien.
