Lula B. Carroll

  Mrs. Lula B. Carroll, 93, of Many, died in Many on Monday, May
5, at 11:10 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Mrs. Carroll is survived by her son, Nevia Carroll of Florien;
two daughters, Mrs. O. E. Dutton of Houston, Tex., and Mrs.
Louise Peterson of Many; 17 grandcholdren, 33 great
grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Zion Hill Baptist Church on
Tuesday, May 6, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jeff Tidwell
officiating.

  Burial was in the Zion Hill Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
