The Rev. Roy Dowden, and the Rev. E. C. Browning officiated. Burial followed in the Toro Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Tommy Hanson, Douglas Corley, Danny Corley, Timmy Hanson, Bruce Corley, and Scott Corley. Honorary pallbearers were Aaron Corley, and Kent Alford. Mr. Corley died at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 4, at his residence in Florien, following an extended illness. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Muriel Corley of Florien; three sons, Gwen Otto Corley of Blanchard, Charles Lee Corley of Florien, and George Lehron Corley of Crowley; two daughters, Mrs. Reta Joanne Hanson of Ranburne, Ala., and Mrs. Melba Rose Alford of Florien; four sisters, Christine Jordan, Iva Lea Pilcher, and Eva Ellen Chance, all of Florien, and Darlene Elizabeth Kennedy of Shreveport; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
