Mrs. Mary Edna Peairs Corley

  Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Edna Peairs Corley of Shreveport,
were held Saturday, Nov. 10, at 1:30 p.m., at Zwolle First United
Methodist Church, with Rev. Steven Carter officiating. Burial was
in Zwolle Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Mary Edna Peairs Corley (Mrs. M. L. Corley) died Tuesday,
Nov. 6, 1984, at Virginia Hall Nursing Home in Shreveport. She
was 98 years old.

  Mrs. Corley taught school at Zwolle Elementary School from 1920
until 1946, (26 years).

  Survivors include one son, Dr. Glyn Jackson Corley of
Shreveport; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
