Calvin D. Carroll

  Funeral services for Calvin D. Carroll, age 80, who died August
7, were conducted at Zion Hill Baptist Church at 11:30 a.m., Aug.
8, with Rev. Earl Warren, and Rev. J. E. Calloway officiating.
Interment was in Negreet Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. C. D. Carroll of Many; stepmother,
Mrs. Ida Carroll of Many; son, C. D. Carroll Jr. of Shreveport;
daughters, Mrs. Lena Gauthier, Mrs. Sue Hendrick, Mrs. Edna
Salley of Many, Mrs. Laverne Rivers of West Lake; brother, W. P.
Carroll of Sulphur; sisters, Mrs. Delma Johnson of Florien, Mrs.
Emma Williams of Many, Mrs. Epsie Smith of Jacksonville, N. C.;
eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
