Ed Dew

  Funeral services were held Feb. 2, for Ed Dew, 87, of Many, who
died Jan. 31, after an extended illness. Services were conducted
at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with the Rev. Travis McCullen
officiating.

  Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Willie Brumley of
Shreveport, Mrs. Russell Welch of Anacoco, Mrs. R. C. Grubbs of
Dumas, Ark., Mrs. Clive Small, Mrs. Leslie Lites, and Mrs. J. B.
Webb, all of Many, Mrs. Lee Ludwig of Stuttgart, Ark.; 22
grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and two great-great
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were his grandsons.
