Mrs. Helen Hayes Dew

  Mrs. Helen Hayes Dew, 74, of Many, died in Many, Jan. 24, at
10:05 p.m.

  Funeral services were conducted Jan. 26, at 3 p.m., in the Mt.
Freedom Baptist Church, with the Rev. Cecil Lawrence, the Rev.
Irby McCullough, and the Rev. B. J. Tidwell officiating.
Interment was in Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include three sons, Homer Dew of Vidor, Tex., Franklin
Dew, and Kenneth R. Dew, both of Many; three daughters, Mrs.
Verlyn Turner of Jefferson, Tex., Mrs. Aloisse Tidwell of Many,
and Mrs. Betty Jean Welch of Houston, Tex.; ten grandchildren;
and two great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were James Hayes, Mack Hayes, W. E. Hayes, J. L.
Hayes, Hoyt Hughes, and James Tidwell.
