Mrs. Alice Niece Davis

  Mrs. Alice Niece Davis, 76, of Many died Sunday, March 29 at Sabine
Medical Center.

  Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Many First
United Pentecostal Church with interment will follow at Springridge
Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. The Rev. C. J. Walea, the Rev. Roland
George and the Rev. Glynn Davis will officiate.

  Survivors include one son, the Rev. Glynn Davis and wife, Carolyn
Garland, Texas; two daughters, Linda Hardy and husband, A. G. and
Kathy Davis, both of Many; two sisters, Audie Hayes of Shreveport
and Ora Green of Marthaville; one brother, Fred Lewis of Shreveport;
three grandchildren, Jackie Hardy, Barbara Hardy and Lewis Paul
Brinkley; three great-grandchildren, Ashley Hardy, Chad Brinkley
and Valeria Brinkley; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. John M.
Davis and one brother, Walter Lewis.
