The Sabine Index - Roy Davis 
  
  17 Sep 1948 - The remains of T/Sgt. Roy Davis whose next of kin 
is James M. Davis, Florien, were dispatched from Memphis general 
depot Tuesday, Lt. Col. Dan L. Miller, chief of the Memphis 
general depot's American Graves Registration, has informed the 
Index. 
  
  Escorted by an individual military escort, they were to have 
been delivered to Massingill funeral home, Many. Estimated time 
of arrival at Florien was 4:14 p.m. Wednesday. 
  
  T/Sgt. Davis, who served with the U. S. ground forces, was 
returned from Hamm cemetery, Luxembourg.
