The Sabine Index - John Joseph DeBose

  19 Jan 1962 - Funeral services for John Joseph DeBose, age 88,
who died Jan. 11, were conducted at Oak Hill Baptist church at 11
a.m. Jan. 13, with Rev. Earl Warren officiating.

  Survivors are sons, Jimmy and Sim DeBose, both of Many,
daughters, Mrs. Henry Williams, and Mrs. L. R. McComic, both of
Florien, Mrs E. Kelly and Mrs. R. H. Kelly both of Many, brother,
Willie DeBose of Robeline. 15 grandchildren, 21
great-grandchildren.

  Mr. DeBose was Deacon of Oak Hill Baptist Church for 40 years.
