Miss Rannie Davis

  Miss Rannie Davis of Rt. 1, Robeline, passed away Friday, Oct.
30, 1987, at Heritage Manor No. 2 Nursing Home in Many, following
a brief illness. She was 89.

  Funeral services for Miss Davis were held at 2 p.m., Sunday,
Nov. 1, at the Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel, with burial
following in the Pisgah Cemetery. Rev. Ray E. Vandersommen
officiated.

  She is survived by two brothers, Alvin Davis of Robeline, and
Leo Davis of Natchitoches; one sister, Mae Loftin of Ruston; and
a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Floyd Davis, Adolph Davis, Alvin Davis Jr.,
Alfred Davis, David Armstrong, and Jerrell Gooden.
