Eual Martin Davis

  Services for Eual Martin Davis, 59, of Converse, will be held at
11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel,
with the Rev. H. E. Crenwell officiating, assisted by the Rev.
William Campbell. Burial will be in the Sardis Cemetery near
Converse.

  Mr. Davis died Monday, Sept. 11, 1989, in Shreveport, following
a short illness. He was a member of the Lewis Chapel Pentecostal
Church, and a retired oil field driller.

  Survivors include his wife, Clara B. Davis of Converse; two sons
and daughters-in-law, Robert Davis, and Jeannie of Zwolle, and
Wayne Davis, and Susan of Linden, Texas; one daughter and
son-in-law, Diane Garcie, and John of Converse; one sister and
brother-in-law, Evelyn Kelly and James of Odessa, Texas; one
brother and sister-in-law, Otha Davis and Ruth of Boyce, Idaho;
two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Charlie Ford and Barbara
of Angleton, Texas, and James Rambin and Doris of Mansfield; six
grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
