Charlotte Geoghagan Davis

  Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte Geoghagan Davis, 91, were
held Sunday, Sept. 27, at 3:30 p.m., at Florien Baptist Church.

  The Reverend Gil Arthur officiated. Burial was at Florien
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Davis died Thursday, Sept. 24, at Willis Knighton Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  Survivors are four sons, Herman B. Davis of Florien, Reginald R.
Davis of Florien, George A. Davis of Monroe, and James Lynn Davis
of Florien; one daughter, Carlena Lee of Florien; four sisters,
Thelma Wooley of Mesquite, Sybil Lilly of Natchitoches, Muriel
Wooley of Many, and Nelwyn Miller of Florien; one sister, Gail
Moore; one brother, Autry Lee Lawson; 20 grandchildren; 36 great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin (Bennie) F.
Davis; two daughters, Arlene Davis Dalton, and Lillian Muriel
Davis.
