J. O. Davis

  Funeral services for Johnnie O. Davis, 55, of Shreveport, were
held Tuesday, Jan. 30.

  Mr. Davis died at 2:30 p.m., Jan. 27, after a long illness. He
was born in Belmont, and had lived in Shreveport 25 years. He was
a baker for Wolf's Bakery.

  Survivors are his widow; one son, Thomas Wayne Davis,
Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs. James G. Wheeler, Shreveport,
Mrs. Donald G. Kaywood, Orlando, Fla.; four brothers, Robert
Davis, Shreveport, Alvin Davis, and Leo Davis, both of Belmont;
Hoyte Davis, Houston, Tex.; and two sisters, Miss Raney Ravis,
Belmont, and Mrs. May Loften, Pleasant Hill.
