Claudie Davis

  Funeral services for Claudie Davis, age 54, who died Feb. 26,
was conducted at Mt. Freedom Baptist Church, at 3 p.m., Feb. 27,
with Rev. Earl Marr officiating. Interment was in the church
cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Julian Byrd, Don Scaife, J. D. Brumley, Frank
Folden, Ellzey Mains, and Clarence Veuleman.

  Survivors are his daughter, Mrs. Blanchie Havener of Liberty;
mother, Mrs. W. D. Davis of Many; brothers, Ottis Davis of
Bossier City, Robert Davis of Riviera, Texas, Wilford Davis of
Leesville, Lister Davis of Rayne, Prestor Davis of Ruston,
Thurman Davis of Many; sisters, Mrs. J. O. Smith of Haynesville,
Mrs. J. G. Dryden of Many; three grandchildren.
