William Daniel Davis

  Funeral services for William Daniel Davis, age 83, who died at
the Fraser Sanitarium Friday, Jan. 10, was conducted at Mt.
Freedom Baptist Church at 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 11, with Rev.
Pratt McCloud officiating, assisted by Rev. Drewey McComic.
Interment was in the church cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. W. D. Davis of Many; sons, Oscar of
Alexandria, Odis of Bossier City, Claud of Silsbee, Tex., Robert
of Lockport, Tex., Wilford of Leesville, Lester of Thibodeaux,
Preston of Ruston, and Truman of Many; daughters, Mrs. J. G.
Dryden of Voth, Tex., Mrs. J. O. Smith of Haynesville; half
brother, Jack Holloway of Zwolle; sister, Mrs. Joe Veuleman of
Many; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
