Jim Ferguson officiating. Burial was in Memory Lawn Cemetery, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Mrs. DeBlieux, 71, of Natchitoches, died at 10:08 p.m., Sunday, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital. She was a native of Shreveport, and a member of Church of Immaculate Conception. Survivors include one son, Henry Hyams DeBlieux Jr. of Baton Rouge; five daughters, Mrs. Melou James of Boyce, Mrs. Dianne Vienne, Mrs. Marteel Henry, and Mrs. Claire Weaver, all of Natchitoches, and Mrs. Lynn Lafitte of Many; two brothers, Henry M. Brown, and Steve M. Brown, both of Natchitoches; 17 grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Pallbearers were Billy Weaver, Julian Vienne, Billy Lafitte, Carl P. Henry III, W. Fielding James, and William F. James Jr.
