Dupree, 72, of Shreveport, were held Friday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m., at the Greenwood Cemetery. Burial was under the direction of Wellman's Funeral Home. Veterans Administration Medical Center Chaplain, Troy Hall officiated. Mr. Dupree died at 11:55 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Shreveport V. A. Medical Center, after a long illness. A Fisher native, he had lived in Shreveport 30 years. He was a truck driver, and a Baptist. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy D. Murphy of Shreveport, and Myrtle Reeves of Baton Rouge; one brother, Leslie Dupree of Many; one sister, Flossie Mothershed of Riviera, Tex.; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
