H. Duke Mrs. Winfred Hubley Duke, 49, of Victoria, Tex., died on Thursday, Nov. 14. Services were held on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 p.m., in the St. John Catholic Church, with the Rev. Msgr. T. J. Lennon, and the Rev. Norman Buvens officiating. Survivors include her husband, B. W. Duke of Victoria; two sons, Ronnie D. Duke, Lake Jackson, Tex., and Walker Duke of Victoria; a daughter, Ginger Duke of Victoria; her mother, Mrs. C. J. Hubley Sr. of Many; a grandson; five brothers, C. J. Hubley Jr. of Arcadia, Calif., Charles Hubley, Port Arthur, Tex., Grover Cleveland Hubley of Tyler, Tex., Jack Hubley, Alexandria, and Gene Hubley of Beesville, Tex.; and six sisters, Mrs. Fredia Guidry, Lafayette, Mrs. Haxell Yarbrough, Baton Rouge, Mrs. Helen Dowden, Many, Mrs. Ana Frances Grembowiec, Houston, Mrs. Jo Miller, Linden, Tex., and Mrs. Lynna Hubley, Los Angeles, Calif. Pallbearers were Dean Dowden, Grover Hubley Jr., Sim Hubley, Adran Miller, Johnny Grembowiec, and Jack Jordan.
