Mrs. Betty Dees

  2 Feb 1945 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Betty Dees, age 85 years,
better know to her many friends as Grandma Dees, widow of the
late J. E. Dees, were held 2:30 p.m. Monday from First Baptist
church. Rev. C. W. Williams officiated. Interment was in the Many
cemetery, Massingill funeral home directing.

  Surviving are: three sons, E. E. Dees, Gorum, W. E., and J. T.
Dees, Many, 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were: Floyd Alford, Chris Alford, Jr., Wallace
DeLatin, J. M. Belisle, Harvey Cleveland, and Robert B. Jackson.

  The love and esteem for Mrs. Dees was manifest by the abundant
floral offerings.
