Ezra Dees

  Ezra Dees of Tyler, Tex., died Sunday, Aug. 13, in his home. He
was a retired oil field worker, and was born and reared in Sabine
Parish.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 15, in the Burke Walker
Pippit Funeral Home of Tyler. Burial was in the Mt. Zion
Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow; one daughter, Mrs. H. J. Durben of
Andrews, Tex.; two sons, H. M. Dees of Wichita Falls, Tex., and
C. F. Dees of Corpus Christi, Tex.; two brothers, J. C. Dees of
DeRidder, and J. A. Dees of Mt. Pleasant, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs.
A. L. Ramsey of DeRidder, and Mrs. Joe Davis of Many; five
grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
