Mrs. Jettie Corene Dees

  Mrs. Jettie Corene Dees, 73, of Many, died Saturday, June 18,
after an extended illness.

  Survivors are husband, Harrison Dees of Many; one son, Joe Dees
of Many; one brother, Gippie Dailey of Price, Texas; four
sisters, Mrs. Martha Chance, Mrs. Mittie Stubbfield, and Mrs.
Lela Grosjean, all of Shreveport; and two grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held June 19, in the Ft. Jesup Trinity
Baptist Church, with the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts officiating. Burial
was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home of Many.
