John C. Dees

  Funeral services for John Calvin Dees, 83, were held at 3 p.m.,
Monday, Sept. 23, in the First Baptist Church of DeRidder, with
the Rev. Emory Wallace, and the Rev. Max Stracener officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, under the direction of the
Hixson Funeral Home. He died Saturday in DeRidder Nursing Home.

  Among survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Ramsey, and Mrs.
Zelda Davis, both of Many.
