Robert Dyes

  Funeral services for Robert (Bob) Dyes, 52, were held Thursday,
Jan. 21, in the Green Oaks Baptist Church near Merryville. He
passed away Jan. 20, in the Merryville General Hospital.

  The Rev. Madral Neely, and the Rev. Bertus Franks officiated.
Burial was in the Meadows Cemetery, with Hixson Funeral Home in
charge.

  Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Ethel Mae Dyes; one daughter,
Margaret Ann; one son, James Roland Dyes of Merryville; and three
sisters, Mrs. John Craig, Mrs. O. C. Brian, and Mrs. R. T. Nesom,
all of Belmont.

  Pallbearers were his nephews, Kenneth Dyes, Olin Dean Dyes,
Prentiss Dyes, Harold Dyes, Arlyess Dyes, and Earl Nesom.
