Mr. Morris Joseph DeCoux, Sr.

  Mr. Morris Joseph DeCoux, Sr., 87, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2000 at
IHS Nursing Home in Many. He was born Dec. 15, 1912.

  Memorial services will held Wednesday, Feb. 9 at St. John Catholic
Church in Many.

  Mr. DeCoux retired from Texaco, Inc. in 1976 after 43 years of
services.

  Survivors include his wife, Anna Mae DeCoux of Toledo Bend; three
daughters, Louise Schmidt of Toledo Bend, Sandra Kerr of Tulsa, Okla.
and Phyllis Loft of Baton Rouge; one son, Morris J. DeCoux, Jr. of
Tulsa, Okla; seven grandchildren, Debbie Ducote, Jason Loncom Brian
Loft, Michael Loft, Krista DeCoux, Seth Decoux and Adam DeCoux; and
one great granddaughter, Leslie Ducote. Mr. DeCoux was preceded in
death by his parents, Adolph and Florestine DeCoux; six brothers; and
two sisters.

  Memorial donations may be made to the St. John Catholic Church, 1140
San Antonio Ave, Many, LA 71449.
