Edna Tarver Doughty

  Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Tarver Doughty of Many, will be
held this morning, at 11 a.m., in the Warren Meadows Funeral Home
Chapel. Burial will follow at 3 p.m., in the Pine Grove Cemetery,
east of Jena.

  Mrs. Doughty, 50, died following an extended illness at the
Fraser Hospital North on Tuesday night, Nov. 4.

  Mrs. Doughty is survived by her husband, Major M. Doughty of
Many; 1 son, Michael M. Doughty; 2 daughters, Mrs. Charlotte
Thomas of Sulphur, and Miss Martha Doughty of Many; 2 sisters,
Mrs. Dovie Mae Torrey of enterprise, and Mrs. Betty McLondon of
Jena; 1 brother, Charles E. Tarver of Aimwell; her mother, Mrs.
Velma Tarver, also of Aimwell; and 1 grandson.

  Funeral services will be under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.
