Theodore DeSota

  Services for Mr. Theodore DeSota, 79, of Mansfield, were Sunday,
July 18, at the Carmel Catholic church in Mansfield. Father
Bernard Zogsdt, and Father Leger Trimbley officiated Burial was
in Carmel Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of
Drewett Funeral Home in Mansfield.

  He died suddenly Thursday night, July 15, at a Shreveport
hospital., Mr. DeSota was a native, and lifelong resident of
DeSoto Parish.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Estelle Lacobee DeSota of
Mansfield; two daughters, Mrs. Martha DeSota Guin, and Mrs. Jane
DeSota Teters of Shreveport; two sons, Ted DeSota Jr. of
Mansfield, and James Glenn DeSota of Bossier City; one brother,
George DeSota of Franklin; one sister, Mrs. Helen Middleton of
Pleasant Hill; four grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were nephews.
