All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************************************************** ************************************************************ Mrs. Lola Duggan Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 2, in the Osborn Funeral Home Chapel, for Mrs. Lola Duggan, 69, of Shreveport, who died Wednesday, at 6:20 a.m. at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, after a long illness. The Rev. John Warner, pastor of Trinity Heights Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Many, at 1 p.m. Mrs. Duggan was a native of Many, and had been a resident of Shreveport for 18 years. She had been an employee of W. F. Beall Co. She was a member of Trinity Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, Dan W. Duggan of Houston, Tex., Hoyt N. Duggan of Charlottesville, Va., and Don H. Duggan of Shreveport; one daughter, Ramona Kirkpatrick of Bossier City; five brothers, Otis Gandy of Many, Edward Gandy of Houston, Charles Gandy of Lake Charles, John Gandy of Shreveport, and Bob Gandy of Houston; four sisters, Mrs. S. D. Peterson, and Mrs. Claude Carter, both of Many, Mrs. Carrie Hamrick of Shreveport, and Mrs. Geraldine LeDeaux of Houston; 10 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be W. A. Davis, A. M. Houser, Gordon Adams, Gordon McGee, Robert Duggan, and Hollis Sumrall.
