Duggan Services for Max K. Duggan, were at 10 a.m., Monday, November 18, in the chapel of Hixon Bros., Pineville, with the Rev. Rawson Carlin officiating. Burial was in Sibley Cemetery, Florien, under direction of Hixson Bros., Pineville. Duggan, 67, of Ball, died at 4 a.m., Saturday, November 16, in his residence. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church; and a native of Florien. Survivors include his wife, Eula Tuneberg Duggan of Ball; one daughter, Betty D. Seiley of Pineville; three brothers, Thurmond Duggan, Morris Duggan, and Dan Duggan, all of Starks; two sisters, Maxie Jackson of Metairie, and Margaret Cope of Lecompte; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were Carl Seiley, Patrick Seiley, Bill McKay, Ralph Cope, Charles Rayburn, and Bennie Hollifield.
