The Sabine Index - William Dockens

  18 Feb 1949 - Funeral rites for William Dockens, age 82, who
died at the home of his daughter in Robeline, were conducted at
Central church 2:30 p.m. Sunday by Rev. Clarence Patton.
Interment followed under direction Massingill funeral home.

  Pallbearers were Euel Matthews, Authur Woodle, Denton Dockens,
Hursul Woodle, Kenneth Dockens and Buey Woodle.

  Surviving relatives include the widow, Mrs. Bell
Dockens, Many, Rt. 2; children A. J. Dockens, Many, Rt. 2, W. M.
Dockens, Zwolle, R. A. Dockens, Crawford, Texas, Mrs. Clara
Woodle, Many, Mrs. Sadie Matthews, Robeline; brother, Joe
Dockens, Shelbyville, Texas; sister, Mrs. Altha Wilburn, Center,
Texas; 32 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
