Mrs. Hazel Dockens

  Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Dockens, 59, were held at 10
a.m., Saturday, December 8, at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Interment followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Father Danny Walsh officiated.

  Mrs. Dockens died Wednesday, December 5, at L.S.U. Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  She is survived by her husband, Wesley D. Dockens of Zwolle; one
daughter, Karen Rivers of Zwolle; one son, Huey D. Dockens of San
Antonio, Tex.; father, Henry O'Banion of Zwolle; one sister,
Lavern Heard of Many; three brothers, Randel O'Banion of Ft.
Mills, S. C., Douglas O'Banion of Myrtle Beach, S. C.; three
grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
