Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Loma Moore of Terrell, Tex., and Mrs. Elsie Chance of Anacoco; one son, Cleo Alford of Florien; a sister, Mrs. Alda Watts of Natchitoches; 14 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 11 a.m., in the Hornbeck Bible Baptist Church. The Rev. Robert Graham, and the Rev. E. W. Lord officiated. Burial followed in the Toro Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Gene Alford, Billy Alford, Robert Alford, Travis Alford, Raymond Alford, and Rodger Chance.
