The Sabine Index - Rev. D. C. Dale

  17 Jan 1947 - Funeral rites for Rev. D. C. Dale, age 74
years, of Provencal were held at Provencal 2 p.m. Monday with
Rev. Muse of Woodsworth officiating. Interment was in Provencal
cemetery under direction of Massingill funeral home.

  Rev. Dale expired at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Pearl
Jones of Provencal. Other surviving relatives are: wife, Mrs.
Annie Dale, Alexandria; daughter, Mrs. Anna Mae Leggett,
Natchitoches; sons, Willie Wilburn dale, Compton, Calif., Marvin
Dale, Houston, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Mary Moore and Mrs. Lula
Dowden, both of Provencal, Mrs. Mattie Thomas, Natchitoches;
brothers, Eddy and Wesley Dale, both of Provencal and 10
grandchildren.
