Nell Dewil

  Funeral services for Mrs. Nell Dewil of Roanoke, Tex., were held
Wednesday, March 30, 1983, at 11 a.m., at the Pleasant Hill
Baptist Church. Burial followed at Pleasant hill Baptist Church
Cemetery. Rev. Homer Fondren officiated. Services were under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Dewil died Sunday, March 27, at 10:30 a.m., at her
residence. She was 53.

  She is survived by one son, Willie L. (Bill) Dewil of Irving,
Tex.; one daughter, Deborah James, Roanoke, Tex.; two brothers,
Henry Johnson, Houston, Tex., Lester Johnson, Orangeberg, South
Carolina; one sister, Naebell Johnson, Pinewood, S. C., and one
grandchild, David Jeffer Dewil.
