Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., April 7, at First United Methodist Church of Many, with interment following at Many Cemetery. The Rev. Mark Bray officiated. Survivors include his widow, Elizabeth (Reid) DeLacerda of Many; sons, Dr. Freddy G. DeLacerda and wife Melissa of Stillwater, Okla., and Chief District Attorney Investigator, Teddy G. DeLacerda and wife Judy of Many; sister, Gladys, Marie Bell and husband R. H. of Liberty, MS.; god-child, Betty Rains; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard Luther DeLacerda and Eddie Volona DeLacerda; and brothers, Eugene, Melvin, and Ambrose DeLacerda.
