L. Doolittle H. L. Doolittle, 48, of Robeline, died March 21, after a lengthy illness. Funeral services were held in the Shamrock Advent Christian Church, on March 22, at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Ray Stevens officiating. Interment was in the Shamrock Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Aubrey Carnline, Eddie Carnline, Stoney Garcie, Ronald Nelson, and Gene Doolittle. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura Doolittle of Many; two sons, Wayne Doolittle of Ferriday, and Sherman Doolittle of Robeline; his mother, Mrs. J. L. Doolittle of Robeline; three brothers, Johnnie C. Doolittle of Robeline, Mines W. Doolittle of Shreveport, and Floyd Q. Doolittle of Many; five sisters, Mrs. C. B. Brock of Shreveport, Mrs. Tommy Carnline, Mrs. Wall Jones, and Mrs. H. R. Lee, all of Robeline, and Mrs. Pete Sirman of Benton.
