Lawrence C. DeLatin

  Lawrence C. DeLatin, 65, of Many, died in the Veteran's Hospital
in Shreveport, on Friday, Jan. 4, at 5:20 a.m.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence D. DeLatin of Many;
one son, Glen Matual of Plain Dealing; two brothers, Lonnie J.
DeLatin, and Herman C. DeLatin, both of Shreveport; seven
sisters, Mrs. Catherine Slyker of Campti, Mrs. Eula Mae Osborn of
Natchitoches, Mrs. Annie Conely of Shreveport, Mrs. Theresa
Gentry, and Mrs. Janey Simpson, both of Many, Mrs. Nettie M.
Farmer of Jackson, Miss., and Mrs. Willie Cleve LeBlance of West
Lake; and 4 grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at St. John's Catholic Church on
Sunday, Jan. 6, at 2:30 a.m. Father Gustave Bergeron officiated
at the services. Burial followed in the church cemetery, under
the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
