W. Brooks having been sick for only a short time, however he had bee in ill health for the past two months. Percy or (Bob) as he was known among his many friends spent practically his entire life in Many. For a number of years he was engaged in the drug business, first with his father the late E. C. Dillon and later with the successors of same. For the past several years he engaged in business enterprises of his own. Mr. Dillon was a World War Veteran, having membership in the local American Legion Post. Funeral services were held at Calvary Baptist Church, Tuesday evening at 4:00 p.m. with the pastor, Rev. E. C. Harris conducting the services, with interment in the Many cemetery. Deceased is survived by his widow and two children, three brothers, Dr. D. H. Dillon of Spring Hill, Dr. W. E. Dillon, Hornbeck and John P. Dillon of Many, and four sisters, Mrs. Eliazabeth Peterson of Many, Mrs. Lattie Mitchell, Mrs. Bertha Collins and Mrs. Josephine Scroggins of Shreveport.
