Mr. Beauford A. Dillard (Photo)

  Mr. Beauford A. Dillard, 77, of Natchitoches, died Sunday, Dec.
2, 2001, at the Natchitoches Parish Hospital, after a lengthy
illness. He was a retired police officer for the Natchitoches
Police Department.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Dec. 4, at Rocky Mount
Congregational Methodist Church in Robeline, with interment
following at the Rocky Mount Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow, Dorothy Dillard of Natchitoches;
two daughters, Melinda Dillard, and Rebecca Dillard, both of
Natchitoches; three sisters, Geneva Jenkins and husband R. T.,
Betty Mitchell and husband Crawford, and Carmella Miller, all of
Robeline; and one brother, Euel C. Dillard and wife Zeta of
Robeline.
